Terms of Service

We take pride in serving fresh, high-quality Indian cuisine. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, please review our service terms and food return policy carefully.

• Food Quality Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your meal due to quality issues, please inform our staff within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will gladly replace your dish or provide a refund.
• Delivery Policy. For delivery orders, please check your order immediately upon receipt. Returns or replacements must be requested within 30 minutes of delivery.
• Special Orders. Custom orders and modifications must be specified at the time of ordering. We cannot accept returns on customized dishes unless there's a significant quality issue.

For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on partially consumed meals or dishes that have been in your possession for more than our stated time limits.

Return and Refund Process

If you need to request a return or refund, please follow these steps: 1) Notify our staff immediately, 2) Keep the food item in its original condition, 3) Explain the specific issue with your order.

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service or returns in cases of abuse of our return policy. All refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. For delivery orders, delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our delivery service.
